Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% or $35 cancellation fee, whichever is the higher amount for non-defective purchases, as the process of allocating stock and subsequently cancelling for the customer is considerably labour intensive.

Please note that we DO provide availability on our product web pages, and we ask that if an item is out of stock, you allow 6 weeks for your order to dispatch. If the product was out of stock at the time of order, we are not entitled to give you a refund before the 6 weeks, as this information was clearly provided to you in the "Quantities at Warehouse" table before the Pre-order was placed.*

*If the item that you Pre-ordered is a 'Gaming GPU' or 'Gaming Laptop' we ask that if the item is out of stock, you allow 12 weeks for your order to dispatch. If the product was out of stock at the time of order, we are not entitled to give you a refund before the 12 weeks, as this information was clearly provided to you in the "Quantities at Warehouse" table before the Pre-order was placed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, and refund in full if for any reason we cannot fulfill your order.

Refund Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of supplying your package to the return shipper. The four-week time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return product from the shipper (5 to 15 business days). It also allows for the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

For cancellation-related refunds, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to process the refund once there has been a confirmed agreement about the cancellation. Although you may request a cancellation/refund, this time frame does not apply until there has been final confirmation by both the customer and Rosman Australia.

For Pre-orders cancelled within the time frame outlined in the Cancellation Policy, the $35 or 15% fee, whichever is higher, will apply. We are unable to waive this fee as this information was provided to you prior to ordering.

I haven’t received my refund yet?

Our team work through the refunds as quickly as possible. There is very little we can do to speed up this process as orders sometimes need to be confirmed by our partner suppliers, vendors or carriers as cancelled before a refund is issued. Please be patient while out team works to get your funds back to you as quickly as the process allows.
