 Warranty and Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns if you received an incorrect or defective item. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you intend to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return a product. Our standard warranty on products is 12 months from date of purchase unless the manufacturer states otherwise. E.g. Some manufacturers provide on-site warranty coverage for premium products.

Please note, we reserve the right to not accept returns for incorrect choices or change of mind. We do not accept returns for custom-build computers, special orders or products that cost more than $999. At management discretion, we may accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the product, you will need to pay a minimum 15% or $35 cancellation fee, whichever is the higher amount for non-defective purchases, and we will not cover any shipping costs involved in returning non-defective products.

Any products that management have approved for return must be in a resalable retail condition with undamaged and unopened retail packaging. We will reject your return claim if our stated conditions are not met.

Damaged Prior to Delivery, Incorrect, or Missing Items Delivered

If you have received your order and the goods which are received via a 3rd party courier/delivery are damaged during transit you have 7 days after the confirmed delivery date to report any damage, incorrect items or shortages in the order. 

This is due to insurance requirements with our shipping providers. Any claim after those 7 days for missing, damaged or incorrect freight will be rejected, which is why we highly encourage you to contact our team via phone to confirm we have received written communication from you.

Can I cancel my order if it’s taking too long?

We can cancel the order, however, in line with our Terms and Conditions of placing an online order, a cancellation fee may apply. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information on this topic.

I received a faulty item. What do I do?

Don’t wait! Please reach out to our team as soon as you notice anything not quite right with your order! The reason for this is to get the best outcome for your order. To speed the first step in a warranty process is to also make a claim with the manufacturer of the item (eg, Samsung, Logitech, Apple, etc.). Since we are not the warranty provider, the manufacturer will be the ones making the decision on whether or not the product is indeed faulty and the outcome of their decision. If the manufacturer requires support/additional details from the reseller (Rosman Computers), please reach out to our friendly team and we can help where we can! However, the quickest response is to go straight to the Manufacturer first. Going through our channels as the reseller, warranty return processes can take a minimum of 2 weeks.

Can I return the item – I realized it’s not the right thing?

If the item’s packaging has been opened, we are unable to take it back and provide a refund. If the packaging is still untouched, we potentially will be able to accept a return, but a restocking fee will apply to the refunded amount and you will have to pay the return postage. We are not required to provide refunds for incorrect choices or change of mind. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure the product they are purchasing is the correct one.
